Application process made easy by the wonderful management staff. The grounds are nice with many amenities. Appartment had everything one needs, appliances are upgraded. W/d is in the unit. Leasing office is available to answer questions and resolve any problems. Grounds are kept clean. Gated community. Easy access to stores and entertainment. Management here really works, they don’t disappear after you have signed the lease and moved in. I believe that makes a huge difference for tenants.
Been here for 3 months and it's been the best apartment I've ever had. It's a new complex and it sure feels like it. The pool/patio area is a big plus. Staff has always been helpful when I have even the smallest questions. There's lots of dogs around and I don't see many droppings, though it happens sometimes.
Update in 2023 after 4 years of living here: Management has always been responsive and communicative with me even through the change of management. Rent did go up a bit after the management changed, but it was still competitive with other similar units in the area. Maintenance was really fast for the small issues I had over the years (smoke detector beeping, disposal not spinning, etc.). Everything is pretty clean since the complex was built within the last 10 years. Bugs can be an issue in Texas in the summer and I don't see too many which is nice.
The only real complaint I have is with the parking. I have a $50/month garage spot, but once or twice a month people would just steal it. The office checks the license plate to see if its a resident that they can call or not, but that's not an immediate fix. I would just have to find an outside spot when that happened. Also worth noting that you are not able to move your spot to one closer to your apartment after you choose an initial one. That just feels like a weird stipulation.

While the model apartment was beautiful (I really loved it!) and the staff was excellent, I was HIGHLY disappointed at seeing the trash overflowing in the club area (by the pools). The floors going toward the apartments were dirty, as well as the elevator floors. There is no reason for the community to be branded as luxury with luxury price points yet fail to keep common area’s maintained. There should be adequate housekeeping to maintain the property. Tenants aren’t paying $2k+ for rent to have to look at overflowing trash and dirty floors, neither would anyone want to their guests to see that (kind of embarrassing). That honestly turned me off. Beautiful apartments, just need better maintenance.
I've found 3 different species of cockroaches in this place within 9 days. I've lost count of how many roaches I've had to throw away. Honestly this place is not worth the hassle.
The linoleum is coming up in the kitchen, the closet door is falling off the hinges, and the bottom of the dresser drawers in the bathroom are warped.
I've lived at Aura One90 for years now, and there's a very good reason I continue to do so. The apartment layouts are gorgeous to say the least. The apartment complex is fairly new and very well maintained. The amenities here were a big selling point when I first decided to live here, and I'm glad I continue to enjoy them and more. The staff is amazing and has made always made sure to promptly address anything that needs attention. Their hospitality instantly makes you feel welcome. I love that I call this place home, and very gladly plan on doing so for the foreseeable future.
Good place but nothing special, you get what you pay for.
Biggest gripe is that from 10PM-2AM, you'll be able to hear the unemployed "racers" drive their loud cars up and down the highway.
Maybe the apartment should file something with the city in order to stop this?
We love warm welcome, office staff support and our apartment.
We love that we don't have to throw trash 🤣
Thank you so much for urgently resolving my a/c issue! And for helping with print outs.
I'm very happy to find myself and kids at the pool party and to win a prize in a ruffle!
I like pool atmosphere and availability of open air games for adults 👍
Screw these people. I lived here for 2 years and the people that worked at the front office on numerous occasions were extremely rude to me. It was a pretty nice property, and the actual apartment was just average. Once the rent spiked, …
